Harper + Beckett | lake oswego photography

Harper said octopus… at like 12 months. I remember thinking to myself, WOA! She shares a birthday with Grayson (my oldest) – and he was barely saying mama at that point. She has the the best vocabulary for a 2 year old, it’s like chatting with a friend. She is really enjoying her new role as big sister to Beckett. Beckett is already charming, pretty much stayed silent and perfectly posed during our entire shoot – minus the awesome wind storm when we attempted to go outside.

Jay + Jessica + Isabella + Olivia | pleasanton photography

This family deserves to be in a magazine. Each and every one of them. I am so lucky to have kept in touch with Jessica even after I fled a career in the news – and even left the state. She has and continues to be one of my biggest supporters and is always telling her friends about my photography business. It’s shoots like this that get me excited about what I do, all over again. We had the best time at a horse stable with the sun setting. Both of these girls are interested in photography and played around with the camera themselves. It’s pretty awesome!!! Here are my favorites from our session.

James + Madhuri + Leela + Asha | castro valley photography

Whenever I visit these little ladies, it makes me want a girl (i know, that’s crazy talk) – but they have the most adorable outfits and beautiful hair!!! It’s always extra fun shooting for people who are friends, and in to photography. Thanks for a fun morning – and for venturing on to the grass for me;)

Isabella | pleasanton photography

Could. Shoot. Her. All. Day. I am absolutely in love with this shoot! And these are just from the first 30 minutes – we brought in the whole family (PIX COMING SOON!!) after a quick shoot with Isabella and her horse. If anyone ever wonders why I always recommend booking your session right around sunset THIS IS WHY. The most dreamy gorgeous light. Pair that with a girl who is obviously on her way to some huge modeling career and it’s perfection. Tiny preview!

Andrew + Bobbi + Vivian | danville photography

Vivian was a tough sell. She wasn’t quite sure about me… until she finally realized how extremely funny I was – it’s ok that that didn’t happen until the last 5 minutes – I just made everyone run back to all of our spots and take some of the shots over! And who wouldn’t think that was fun?? I’m so excited to share this session with you guys.
