Taylor + Brooke | hillsboro lifestyle photographer

Moving to a new city is rough… but Nicole (these two’s mom) has made my life so easy! Anytime I’ve had a shoot or client meeting, she is the first one to volunteer to watch Grayson for me, which is life saving – the least I can do is thank her with photos of these to crazy girls!!! Truth be told, I’d steal them anyhow – they are the perfect “models” and I had so much fun getting in to all sorts of chaos with them during our shoot. I’m excited to share a few of my favorites.

Brooke’s version of strike a pose =)

Ashley + Monique | tacoma lifestyle photography

I’m spoiled. Not in a spoiled rotten kind of way, but spoiled as in i have the best family EVER! My cousins are pretty much stuck with me and my camera in their face whenever I am around, but I can’t help it.. the camera loves them and I love the way our sessions turn out. It’s hard to believe that Ashley will be a senior next year and Mo is heading to middle school. That just means I’m old, but the good news is… that just means Aunt Kim and Uncle Steve are OLDER;)Here are a few of my favorites. xoxo

Allie + Braden | portland lifestyle photography

A fun shoot with this duo! It’s been fun to see how quickly Allie is growing, and how Braden is growing into his role as big brother! Here’s a taste from our session down at Willamette Park in West Linn.

Nothing better than a snooze in the grass!

tulip farm trip | woodburn oregon

This is Kaia. One of our new little friends in our new town. Luckily, Grayson didn’t spend the afternoon trying to hit her on the head (don’t get me started, he was THAT kid at the playground the other day) – rather, he spent his time finding the mud puddles, the oil on the big tractors, or photo bombing my shot… sigh. Kaia, on the other hand, spent her time picking the pretty tulips and playing with her colorful tutu. Hmm, I think girls might be better behaved at this age….. Anyhow, long story short – Lindsey has been awesome finding us all fun things to do, and we took a trip to Woodburn to check out the tulip festival. If you haven’t been GO! It was a great trip and there is a ton to do. I brought along my camera because, well, I couldn’t resist!

John + Charity | portland maternity photography

Me: “Charity, come climb this fence over here”
Charity: “OK!”
Me: “That sign says NO TRESPASSING, but it’s SUCH a good spot”
C: “Let’s do it!”
Me: “Can you sit in the dirt?”
C: “No problem”
I’m trying to give you all a picture of how easy these two are. I shot their wedding in Bend a while back, and they were the same way!!! Formal wear and all. We drove from Tigard toward Hilsboro and found some really sweet spots along the way. Can’t wait to meet the baby soon!!!!
